Zach has led continuous growth in mature and new IT market ventures for more than 25 years in various business development and executive leadership roles. Over the past 19 years, he has focused on healthcare IT, leading teams that serve providers, hospitals, payers, and clinical solution vendors. As VP of Payers, Zach managed efforts to pioneer national e-prescribing strategy and rollouts with large payers, establishing DrFirst as the leader in medication management programs to payer-provider networks. In his current role, Zach has built the business to more than 300 EHR, HIS, and clinical-solution vendor customers that serve over 300,000 providers and their patients. His team collaborates with customers delivering provider and patient innovations for medication management, point-of-encounter, and secure communications as an integrated part of their HIT systems. Zach earned a bachelor’s degree in Business and a bachelor’s degree in English from Westmont College.
